Please can you help me I have a 2 year old son and he does not sleep through the night, he is also having night terrors sometimes 1 hour after gone to sleep some time wakes durring the night but when waking with night terrors he wont go back into his room untill asleep. I have got a 5 month old who she sleeps through the night every night but he is waking her now to. I need a good nights sleep as I have not had one for two years, bless the health visitors they have tried helping but not succseeded with me. I have even been to the doctors and had medication but that is only short trem to help.
