Hi... every time I wanna send a pm message it keeps telling me that: "could not be sent to X due to the max. PM limit.
 I thought it was because it was long, but I tried just a hi pm  and it would not be sent... Thanks.

it's possible that the person you are trying to pm needs to empy their box . the person has no room left for your pm to go through to

Yes, we've recently limited the number of message for member's pm boxes to 25.    Folks need to clean it out regularly.
