allergy for same food family
« on: April 06, 2006, 14:11:16 pm »
Hi
I have been introducing 1 food at a time in the morning as recommended by PED.  But when it comes to let say, sweet potato, yam and potato or different kind of pears or different kind of squash, do you still introduce one at a time?

I could just start introducing one at a time but sometimes it becomes another thing I have to remember.
Could someone share their experience with this lazy mom?

Monica,
That's a great question.  With dd1 I waited between each squash and between sweet and white potato, but I don't think I ever thought about pears.  For me it was easier to just sbe cautious and wait the 3-4 days between everything... better safe than sorry   :)

That makes sense.  I guess I have learn to write it all down!
Thanks,

Monica
