Kiwis: 8 months  ;D
You can coat it with a cereal for finger food... or mash it up.  And don't be alarmed by the seeds in the poop!

Hi, my Lorraine Kelly book has a Melon, Kiwi and Banana puree from 6 months which my lo has had and loved it.  Did not do anything re seeds, just pureed all fruits together, no cooking needed.  Not a great colour looks grey but they didn't stop him!

I also give Calum Kiwi, I tried to sieve the seeds out - never again!:o!  Now he gets kiwi, seeds and all! I did the same as Ryan's mum, pureed it and froze it. He gets fruit with his breakfast in the morning, he enjoys kiwi and strawberry with his readybrek.

One book I have says 9-12 months, the other says 6-7 months...
Just keep an eye on your lo and watch for reactions!

i have read that it is the 'seeds' on the strawberries that are allergenic. i am a worrier so i still haven't given dd strawberries that aren't cooked/boiled first...but i have heard it is ok now too.
