My 4 mth old has been on 4 hr EASY the last couple of weeks. She pretty much did the transition herself by refusing to eat any sooner than every fours hours and she's impossible to feed if she's not hungry. The problem is how this has affected her bedtime and final feed. She wakes up about 6.30 but she will refuse to eat before 7.30am, she likes to play first. We've experimented with trying to feed her earlier or getting her up earlier to play, but she won't eat before 7.30 or 7.15 at the earliest. This was fine when she was on a 3 hour routine, but now she's on 4 it has mucked up her evening. She has gone to bed at 7pm since she was born and this has always worked fine. Now she's not due for her feed until 7 or 7.30pm and she won't take it any earlier, however she still wants to go to sleep at 7. This has turned into a nightmare culminating in her refusing her bottle altogether last night in favour of going to sleep. She doesn't seem to want to extend her daytime naps either. Help! Does anyone have any suggestions in how I can keep her awake and alert an extra 30 mins in the evening?
