Hi,
I haven't been on in a while and when I tried to log on I couldn't. I tried resetting my password and I was sent an e-mail to do this but I just got an error message. My username is ethansmum.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply but I still couldn't log in. Just said it was incorrect and after a couple of tries directed me to reset my password.

OK, I think I've sorted it out. Try again using the same password I sent you. I've tested it using Internet Explorer and I can log in fine.
