can't find how much sleep?
« on: April 12, 2006, 20:36:25 pm »
I know there use to be somewhere on here that said how many hours of sleep was needed for all different ages?  Any clue where I can find this?

Or, does anyone know how much sleep a 19month old needs?

Right now she's getting 12hours at night & 3 hour nap during the day.  But, her nap seems to be going more to 2 to 2.5 hours
Just wondering if she's sleeping too much at night?
