Can anyone help: I cook all food for my ds, but had a thought regarding freezing. If I use frozen raw chicken breast, defrost, cook a meal, can I then re freeze? ???A lot of packaging says DO NOT REFREEZE. I asked my mother about this and she said it was ok as the food was not getting refrozen again raw, but cooked.
I am not convinced. I don't mind with things like lamb etc but not chicken, as you can get food poisoning much more redily.
Can anyone help with this? I have lots of meat in freezer, but am reluctant to use it.
