my little girl is 27 months old and takes 1-2 hours to settle she has a good diet very active but wont settle after a bottle of milk before bed

How long do you do quiet time before bed/naps?  What do you do to get her ready for sleep (books, change diaper, make it dark, say night night to toys....etc) - These all worked for my son and he now settles quickly.  Also, what's your daily schedule look like? It might be helpful to see how much sleep she gets and when - maybe the times are just off a little??

she has a very steady routine a good diet barely touches sweets we do say good night to the tv progecause she watches her fav programme and say good night to her huge pooh bear and tigger and cuddles up to a small teddy we say the teddy needs some bobies we sit her down with milk for about half an hour

May be a schedule thing.  how long has it been taking her this long to settle?  When my older dd was getting older (although I can't remember exactly when we started doing this) we sould have to restrict her daytime naps because otherwise she would nap for 3 hours and wouldn't go down well at night.  How long is her daytime and nighttime sleep and when?
