Seriously, if it was me, I woudn't worry about it.  Does it really matter?  That's the quesiton I would ask myself.  The only time it would bother me is if she used it to fall asleep on - if not, I wouldn't worry.  She will grow out of it.

I agree with the previous poster. Its only a real problem if she "needs" it to fall asleep or it creates other issues.  Some children like the comfort of sucking on a bottle teat at bedtime.  Heck my Chloe had bottles of milk until she was passed 3 1/4!  In the end it was an issue for us as she was using milk as a comfort and any upset during the day and she was asking for milk (in a bottle).

The way round it for me was getting some scissors and snipping the end of the teat and explaining that the bottle is now broken and anyway bottles are for babies and now she is a big girl and can drink from a big girl cup.  She took it well!

Incidentally once we rid the bottle she doesn't drink milk hardly at all so we switch to milk in cereal, yogurt, cheese etc.

OK now don't lynch me.Jessica is 4 and has a bottle of milk at night and morning.Although the teat of the bottle
is wide open and chewed she will not give it up.We tried on her 4th birthday and she chose a cup,but she gagged
and said she didn't want milk anymore.
Because she doesn't do vegetables or anything other than chicken and beef,I need to her to have the calcium.
Although when she's 5 it'll be a definite no no and I can relax knowing the first 5 years she's built up her calcium.
(did that make sense)
Emily,on the other hand, has a cup because I couldn't be doing the whole bottle thing again. We changed when she
was about 15months.
Don't worry about her teeth,a bottle is nothing compared to a thumb.
