Hope this is the right place for this..
I am just looking for clarification on how long to let Jack go between naps.
We have started pu/pd as of yesterday and is going really well, but I need to make sure he is going down at the right time for his second nap.
At the moment he will wake between 6-6.30am, and take his first nap just over 3 hours later. I try to put him down for 9.30am. This is definitely ok for first nap as he will generally fall asleep quickly and sleep for 1.5 hours.
For his second nap I aim for him being asleep by 2.30pm, but he is only taking 45mins or less. Should this nap be earlier or later?

He is definitely still tired when he wakes after his second nap, but is too close to dinner time to start pu/pd again when he wakes to extend it.
He generally sleeps 11 hours at night. So he really does need at least an hour for the second nap, preferably 1.5 hours.
