Sounds like teeth to me. Generally if you give it a few days, it'll sort itself out. If she likes cookies, she might be ready to try some healthier finger foods like cheerios, soft fruit or veggie chunks, or toast. Even if all she'll eat is cookies, I'd be cautious how many you give her. It's often tempting to offer sweets just so they'll eat SOMETHING, but it's not always the best idea in the long run.
