We used baby led weaning this time round with Red. I was so not interested in doing the whole puree thing again! When he turned six months i did introduce some purees such as baby rice with fruits and root veggies but he was not really interested. Alongside this i gave him a bit of whatever we or Ruby was eating if i felt he could handle it. So he started on things like breadsticks, rice crackers, cheese, toast, humous, cooked veggies, steamed fruits, pasta pieces.
Now at nearly 10 months he eats anything. rice, pasta, meat, fish, cheese, eggs, potatoes, veggies, fruits.......
the only thing i have never succeeded in getting him to eat is cereal!! He just will not eat any of them!!
