Drinking his bottle in "phases"

Well, she said it was manipulation on his behalf. That I basically have to offer him the bottle once and that's it. No snacks or juice if he gets hungry, he has to wait it out till the next meal. I asked her what about the times he only takes 2 oz? And she said then that's all he took. In a few days he'll catch on that the bottle only comes once and that he should take advantage of it. I started implementing this this morning and I felt so bad! He only took 3 oz!! But, I stuck to my guns and gave him his toast afterwards, which he always has, and an hour later put him to bed. Surprisingly he went down fine. Let's see what the rest of the day has in store...
