I am not an expert on sleep, I have my problems with my LO as well but I do know that was around the time that my ped told me to introduce a paci.  Do you use one?

Coule you post a sample schedule?

When you say she sleeps during the day well, do you  mean naps?  Or has she confused nights with days?

Hi lawcol, like daisymelan said, if you could post her routine if she has one, including how many hours she sleeps and when, I may be able to help out here too.

Hi

Is your baby having a growth spurt so that she needs to be fed more often?  How was the sleep pattern before?

sorry all for the late reply did not know how to access replies.
well now she is now 4 months she has changed herself and can fall asleep between 9-2am how ever the problem i am having now is that she will only sleep through the night if i put her to sleep from 12midnight where she will sleep to 6am. However if i put her to sleep at 9 or any earlier she will sleep for 5 hours and then wake up every 2 hours to feed.

i am cluster feeding in the evening before her bath and have tried a paci but she does not want it. she always falls asleep on the breast and there is nothing you can do to wake her

her schedule is as follows

7am bf
745am sleep
9.45am bf
10.00am activity
12.00 bf
12.30 activity
1.00pm sleep
3.00pm bf
3.30activity
5.00pmbf
5.15pm sleep
6.30pm activity
8.00bath
8.30bf
if i put her to sllep her she will sleep for 5 hours then wake every 2 hours.  if she plays until 12midnight then she will sleep the whole night.

as you can see EASY is not going to plan as she feeds earlier than she is supposed to and falls asleep at the breast.  i have tried pick up put down and after 1hour she was still awake and became hungry again and fell asleep at the breast

PLEASE HELP
