4 hr EASY...should this change at 6 mo ?
« on: April 27, 2006, 18:19:38 pm »
Hi,
We have been on 4 hr easy. My lo turns 6 months next week and I am wondering what's after 4 hr easy ? Should I start to extend awake times and keep feeds at 4 hrs ? What is my next goal...to eliminate cat nap ? Where do I go from here and what is the next stage ? How do those of you who have figured this out know what to do ? Is it anywhere in th BW books ? I appreciate your input soo much.

Thanks !

you can get an idea of other BW routines here https://babywhispererforums.com/index.php?topic=10386.0

I personally do a 4.5 EASY, only because DS is not hungry after 4hrs.
