Attachment limits? ***Resolved***
« on: May 01, 2006, 01:41:18 am »
I'm trying to post attachments that are about 480KB and I keep getting a message saying my attachment is too big and I can't go larger than 1024KB, even if I only try to attach ONE to my post.  ??? ??? ??? ??? What up with THAT????

Deb, there is a pixel limit of 500x500, are your photos exceeding those dimensions?

If your photos are within those pixel limits and under 1024kb in filesize, is there any chance you can email me the exact photo you are trying to attach so I can attempt to recreate your error?

:)

Ah, didn't know about the pixel limit. Anyway, I went back to my post to try again and the picture was already there and it let me post more. Kind of like taking the car to the garage and having it behave perfectly for the mechanic who thinks you're crazy for bringing it in. LOL

LOL Deb, glad it worked out for you, and you learned something new anyhow, so it's all good.

Let us know if the problem persists in the future though.
