My boys usually usually wake up between 6am and 7am. However, they sometimes wakeup at 5:30am. I don't go to them until 7.00am when I feed them and change their diapers. I then put them down for a nap sometimes between 8am and 9am depending on how tired they are. Just wondering if this is what everyone else does?, since this throws off the 4 - Hour EASY schedule. i.e. awake time of 2 1/2 hours starting at 5:30am and nap time of 3 hours or less i.e. 8am to 11:00am.
Ideally I want them to wake up at 7:00am Eat and take a nap from 9:00am to 11:00am.

Do you think they are going back to sleep between 5:30 and 7? What do they do when they wake, cry, babble? How old are they, how many feeds do they take and at what time? When are their naps and for how long?
