Pasta?
« on: May 05, 2006, 14:17:51 pm »
Want to start offering pasta as finger food soon (about to start chicken trial first). Do I just soft cook some regular pasta or is there something better about baby pasta?

When I introduced pasta, I just used regular 'grown up' pasta.  I used tri-color and made sure the peices were small enough.

Great, thanks! We are about to start chicken tomorrow but I think we'll try pasta after that!

I didn't know about baby pasta until rebecaq mentioned it in this other discussion:

When I offered pasta to DD, it was regular (adult) pasta, but I made sure to cook it very well so that it is more soft/tender than I would normally make it for myself, and the chop it up into small pieces.
