I have been giving my lo Total greek yoghurt. If I want to give her a different brand or 'non greek yoghurt' do i have to do the 4 day wait again? cheers

greek yoghurt is cows milk so you know she os OK with that.
I use it and just add differnt fruits for different flavors, the fab thing about is that your LO doesn't get an overly sweet tooth.

I am in the UK and use LITTLE RACHEL ORGANIC, they have fruit puree(no bits ) in them an NO SUGAR.
