« on: May 11, 2006, 22:34:59 pm »
hello currently my nine month old girl has four bottles a day.. and three meals a  day. Currently she has the most first thing in the morning and llast thing at night. The other two which are mid morning and mid afternoon she dosn't seem that interested in. Should i get rid of a feed? also she has water from a trainer cup at her meals should i make her have all her milk from the trainer cup? a bit confused really.any ideas?

I know many mom's that go to 3 bottles at 9 months. I would combine the two midday feeds into one. For example, if you feed at 11 and 3, I would feed around 1 or 2. You could try and put milk in the sippy for meals, she may or may not take it. My DD never would take formula from the sippy. So I just kept giving her water in her cup until I introduced cow's milk at 12 months. Hope that helps a bit, let me know if I can help more. I just went through this not too long ago.  :)

We do our bottles at:

8.30am, 1.30pm and 6.45pm.
Always gave water in a cup with her meals since i started soilds at 4months. I know over the last few months have been giving milk in a cup instead when DD started fussing with her bottles to get a few more ozs into her and she loves it.
