Help I need sleep
« on: May 16, 2006, 17:53:14 pm »
Hello,  I am on vacation with my 2 children 4 year old and a 7.5 month old.  Well the 7.5 month old is not sleeping good at all.  I am about to go home early because I just need some sleep.  My husband is not here and my family is really no help with the sleeping department.  Does anyone have any suggestions on maybe to improve her sleeping.  She will not fall asleep on her own here and she wakes up 2 or 3 times a night.  I just hope it won't be too much work when I get home.  Any advice will help I am exhausted.
Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you kept things pretty much to the same routine that you had at home? bedtimes, naps and feeding I mean?

When you say your family is no help how do you mean exactly?

Hello,

Now I am back at home and things are still a little tough.  She is getting back on her routine.  Her naps are great but her wakings at night are still there.  I put her down around 7 and she wakes up about 1-3 times.  She finally went back at 9:00pm and slept till 2:30am She drand a full 7 ounces and went back till 7:15am.  So I think I have to try and get more formula in her during the day. How much should a 71/2 month old be drinking of formula do you know?  Thank  You for responding

That depends on how much solids your LO is having. Whats your feeding routine?
