My LO has got into this awful pattern. She sleeps for the first strech for a pretty good length, she goes to bed by 7:30 and wakes up for the first time anywhere between 1-4am (we are still trying to df but she doesn't take much.) After that is when the problem begins, she only stays down for 1.5 at a time. I try giving her the paci and trying to resettle her, but she wakes right back after 10-15 min. For example, last night she woke up at 2:40 (fed), then again at 4:10. I help her off until 4:30ish and bf again and then she was up at 6....Any ideas on how to deal with this? I need more sleep!
Some info, she is 10 weeks, and would go from 7bf, 11df, 4bf, 7bf, but has not done that in 2+ weeks.
