Hi there, sorry you are having a rough time.  Is your little one teething?  I know that my son wouldn't eat solids when he was teething or when he was coming down with a cold. Some kids are the opposite and don't want to drink milk because it hurts their teeth.
If you know that it is not teething then just be patient for a bit and see if she comes around, there are a lot of phases at that age and she might just be refusing for a short period of time.
My advice is be persistent but don't force it.

You might look in the Solid Foods forum at the top of the Baby Whisperer home page.  It is in the section titled "Eat".  This forum is for toddlers so there might be some more relevant information for you over there.

Good luck!!
