Can my 9 month old eat fish every day?

Hi everyone,

I've just come to realise and accepted that Mika, my 9 month old son, doesn't like meat.  I've tried all meats, all ways, different recipies and , no, he just spits it out.  What he does like are vegetables and fish, I was surpised about the fish, but, there you go.

I've done some research and found info on what fish not to feed him too much but the ones, like cod for instance, I could'nt find a "limit" on the quantity per week.

Does anyone know???

I haven't been able to find anything that limits non-oily fish (cod, haddock, etc) consumption either. I did see some sources recommend that you vary the types of fish you and your LO eat, as different fish contain different types of pollutants and you don't want to risk overexposure to one particular kind.

Here in the US, los are not supposed to have any fish until 12 mo. The mercury and pollutants are enough of a concern. Not sure if the same would go for Canada though.
