Wish i could find the words
« on: April 25, 2006, 18:22:32 pm »
It is so difficult to express what this wonderful woman gave to my family - it is such a tragedy that we have lost this amazing lady but it is wonderful that her work is being continued by her family and friends.

I heard of Tracey's passing whilst i was looking for someway of contacting her to say thank you for all she has done for us. I was devastated to hear the sad news.

My story in brief is that after battling many years of infertility i thought i knew what to expect when my precious son was born. When he arrived i knew within hours that i didn't have a clue despite being a qualified nursery nurse and wanting this child so desperately! He wouldn't breast feed or sleep and even the nurses in the hospital couldn't soothe him. I struggled on for 3 months before i found Tracey's book on solving problems. She literally saved my life. Unfortunately i have been suffering from severe post natal depression since his difficult birth but I don't believe i would have come this far without her help. My own family haven't been there to suport me so i used her book like a trusty friend. It was as if her words were there just for me and they were such a comfort. With her guidance my son eats, plays and sleeps like a dream. he is a spirited toddler now but his happiness is all thanks to Tracey. I'm just so sorry i was too late thanking her.
