Well, it gets kind of tricky with finger foods. 1 oz of finger foods doesn't equal 1 oz of jarred foods because jarred foods are mostly water, whereas finger foods are just food. Once you get into feeding mostly finger foods, it's almost impossible to compare amounts and determine how much she "should" be eating. Since she's a bit older and solids should start becoming her main source of nutrition, you might just have to let her eat until she figures out how to tell you "I'm full." Some cues that can mean she's full...throwing or dropping food, playing with food, eating slower than usual, or becoming cranky or easily distracted. I wish I had a better answer!
