Every time my LO eats after feeding his lips looks like puffed up, white , especially upper lip and sometime centre part of his lip , skin is like ripped. What could be and should I be worried?

Does he seem distressed or bothered by it ever?
Could you just be noticing a nursing callous? My little boy got a big (ok it seemed big to me) white callous in the center of his upper lip. This is totally normal as far as I know.

I do not know. It looks like a blister and this skin sometimes peels off, but he does not seem bothered by it

although Ryan was bottle fed he got them aswell , they are sucking blisters ! just put a little vaseline on them and they dry up and peel off .Ryan had them for quite a while , we changed teats after a while as he got them worse with silicone teats

Luke used to get them as well either way - breast or bottle.
It definately looks worse than it is but I did the same, put alittle bit of vaseline on it and it will drop off or go down eventually.
