Hello, Just thought I'd share that you can get egg replacer to use in baking. I've tried it a few times now, a couple times in bananna muffins and in pancakes. It works wonderfully. It's so nice to be able to bake things for my dd who's allergic to eggs

My mom bought it for me but I think you can get it at the health food store.
