I noticed I had 0 messages, 1 new.  I read the message and now I have -1 messages, 0 new  ???

Natasha,
I fixed it last night  ;D
When you have a message, there is an option to 'delete all'  It then asked if I was sure I wanted to delete all and I said yes and  :o it was fixed.  I thought I had tried everything.
Let me know if it works.
