Waking at 5 or 5:30 am
« on: May 30, 2006, 12:04:50 pm »
Hi all,

My 4.5 month old has been sleeping through till 6 or 6:30am. Just this past week, he has been waking around 5:30. When I go in, I comfort him a bit, give him his paci, and he will go back to sleep for another hour. It only takes him about 5-10 min to settle back down. Should I leave he alone? Let him soothe himself? He is crying a little when he wakes. I am getting up because I can get him back to sleep faster when I am there.. any thoughts?

if you could post your routine and answer the rest of the questions found in this link so we can help you more :)
