weird poops?

So this is very descriptive  ;)
Since I started my lo on a consistent routine of Mylicon and Mylanta, her poops are totally different - they are literally just a yellowish stain in her diaper. No little "mustard seed" milk curds anymore - just plain liquid. It's not too thin/watery (like when we had a bit of foremilk imbalance) just plain yellow/brown. Quantity still seems right, it's just as if you took a normal poop and removed all the little curds.
Is this normal? Related to the drops maybe? I'm a little worried... :)

 I would think if the color is pretty much the same (yellow means your lo is getting the hindmilk, greenish too much foremilk) that everything is fine. I would be lead to believe that something in the drops changed the consistancy. I am curious what other responses you may get as my lo hasn't experienced that herself.
