Rice cereal is constipating, so I rotate with oatmeal---every 3 of 4 feeds of cereal is rice. I just bought barley to try for something different.
I have issues with constipation...so I dilute prune/apple juice with water. She drinks it out of a shot glass!! She won't take a bottle and she only wants to chew the spout on a sippy cup.
