Fruit Plus from Sun-Rype?

Oh ladies, I don't know if this is in the correct section or not but I have been wondering about this juice I LOVE and occationally give dd.  I am lactose intolerant so I like the calcium I get but don't want to load up on sugars.  As far as I know it seems healthy but you never know.  Does anyone have any expertise to lend?

Here are the Ingredients...

Filtered water, fruit juices from concentrate (filtered water, concentrated apple, cherry, raspberry, blueberry, cranberry, and boysenberry juices), enriched soy beverage (filtered water, soy protein concentrate, calcium lactate, ferrous lactate, vitamin D3, zinc lactate, riboflavin, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin B12), pectin, sodium citrate, citric acid, natural flavour, colour, vitamin C.

I love that juice too..thats a really good question.
The other juice I love is CERES...you know anything about that?
I have never given my lo juice but if i do, I'd like to know its a good source
  i await the answer with you..

Where are you from? I'm in Ontario, Canada. It is in the fruit juice section-not in teh cooler. Its one of those larger sized tetrapak drinks. Flavours like Pear, Mango, Guava etc. Mostly all juice..not super cheap but yummy. I add water to the mango as it can be a bit on the thick side..
