Is canned fruit okay?
« on: June 07, 2006, 22:17:15 pm »
I was wondering if fruit canned in water would be okay to give Gage as finger food? He is still working on getting food into his mouth so I thought this would be a cheaper (less waste) way to go until he is eating more. Also, I thought this would be a good way to always have fruit on hand. Is this taboo?

As long as it is in water (or light syrup, but water/natural juices best).  Super Baby Food recommends only canned pineapple... but she is conservative.
