45 minute sleep cycle question

If my dd's 45 minute sleep cycle is interrupted (i.e she's sleeping in the car and the car stops so she wakes up for 2 minutes) does it start all over again? (just trying to get my timing right as she wakes up very easily around the 45 minute mark)

Hi, interesting question.  Honestly i don't know.  If she wakes for a minute or two and it is at the 10 or 20min mark then i would say, no it doesn't start over.  It was just part of the natural sleep cycle.  If not at those times was awake for a good period (more then a minute or two) then i would guess to say yes, it starts over again.
