We do toast with jelly cut in to little tiny squares, waffles cut in to squares, pancakes in pieces, scrambled egg cooked well mixed with parm cheese and maybe a little veg - if it cooked well enough you can actually cut it into cubes, too!  Lots of carbs ,but that is what I like, too.   ;D

PB is a year just like eggs for babies that have family history of food allergies.  Actually if there is a family history that is pretty strong you may want to hold off a lot longer like 4 years.......  PJ had the flu vaccine this year and didn't have a reaction so I knew he wasn't allergic to eggs so that is why I give him scrambled eggs.
