yougurt out of frigde?

Hello!!

Well, my DS loves yougurt, and i'm starting giving it to him as a snack at 3:30,  the problem is that at that hour, we are usually out and about, so i was wondering if any of you know how long is it ok to have yougurt out of the fridge?

I'm not sure, but when we take yogurt or other cold foods out and about, we always pack them in an insulated lunch bag with an ice pack just to be safe!
