When can I combine foods?

I have not gone through all the foods for my DD to try, yet, but am wondering if I can give her the food she already has had along with the new ones? Like can she have squash, which she has already eaten for a week AND add bananas into it, something new? She is almost 7 months old.

If she's fine with squash then yes, you can definitely add something into it. But IMHO, you are better off trying banana or something else new alone first to see if she can like the taste as is.

THANKS for the speedy reply! :) I just wanted to add it in as another food, I wasn't going to give her the two combined together. Is it ok to separate them?
