Help!!!
I am very frustrated because I desperately need to teach my 6 month old how to go to sleep. I want to start PU/PD immediately but the problem is that my baby doesn't cry when you place him in the crib, he just doesn't go to sleep...even after 1 hour.

How do you use PU/Pd in this case?

you're right... you can't with a happy baby.  what happens if you just put him to bed and leave?  if he's just playing in his bed he may surprise you and eventually go to sleep.

in the meantime, here's a link to a sleep interview with tracy.  all sorts of tips on how to get started & what to do.  long, but well worth the read.
