If my DD has already had wheat in cheerios and bread, can I use wheat germ in a recipe for her and serve at night? She's had all the other ingredients...

If she's already been exposed to wheat and all the other ingredients, it should be fine to give wheat germ.
As usual, wait 3-5 days before introducing anything new and watch for reactions!
