It's gone... I looked at where I can pick my picture and the link is gone. Was it a hint that I needed to update it?

Yes, it is there on my screen.

I am opened in Internet explorer, what browser you using?

Gareth will be on here in about 5 mins and i will see if he can see it as he uses firefox.

I can't see anyones avatars at the moment - theres just the little red cross.
I've tried refreshing and deleting temp files and wotnot but they aren't loading this evening xxx

And while we're on the subject of avatars, since I've come back from my leave of absence, I've noticed that I no longer have a rotating avatar. It just shows my sweet little Stephen....while that's nice and I like him, I also like Zachary!

Any thoughts on that, o, wise ones??

I cannot see avatars either. Well on this page, the only avatar that I see is Ciara's Mummy. I too use Firefox if that makes a difference.

I couldn't see my atvar until I re-added it. If you all re-add yours then the site will be full of gorgeousness and scrumptiousness once again

Ok, I put a new pic up.

Here's a question, if I delete the pic from my computer, does it not load up here anymore? I think that might have been what happened to me... but I don't think I recently deleted that pic, I think I did it a while ago. Oh well... all is good for the moment

I'm pretty sure that if you delete a pick from your computer, it won't show here, as when you load the picture, it's finding it by "following the path"....kwim?

Like, tamstutz/MyComputer/C$/MyDocuments/Pics/TonyasNewTestpic.jpg. If that pic doesn't "live" in that path anymore, and that's where you told the computer to find it, it doesn't know how to get it....

I have a feelign though that something else is going on though. After I responded to you, I went "looking". I'm not able to see most people's avatar's, and i'm sure that not EVERYONE is out there deleting them!!!

Its definately a glitch in the system rather than us all deleting our pics...

i can't see mine either...neither can i see urs Rhian...and no ur pic doesn't have to be on ur pc...i uploaded my avtar from my dad's and it's been showing on all the other computers...but now its gone from all including his...

can't we dismiss the poltergeist or something?

Gareth if you see this have you still got a copy and can you re add it. Ive put a Telford pic in temporarily - but since then my ticker has gone all tiny and useless. Aw xx just when I was finally happy with my "image" so to speak lol. xxx

Well, I didn't, then I double-checked my recycle bin, and sure enough, there it was
