ealry morning timer? ( thing lol)

Not sure what they are called, a clock thing? timer?

We are at the stage where if he has a nap in the day he wakes up early, but if I don't put him down for a nap we have a moody boy all day but he does sleep in. So think its best he has his nap still.

But how do I get him to sleep in? I have heard of these timer, so I can go in and say no not till thing pops up, are they any good and where can I get one from?

I have one son waking at 5.30 and then other I have to wake at 8.00 cant they meet in the middle
