I found the baby whisperer when my first son was about 6-7 months old, and I just didn't have the motivation to even try to get him into a routine. I desperately wanted him to sleep through the night, but I gave up that idea and just went with the flow. Now I have a 4 month old, who I was able to start the EASY routine with right from birth. I gave that up for a bit because I was happy with what he was doing. Recently he started waking more in the night, so I decided to get the book out again and get onto it again. So I started it yesterday, and it has worked so well!!! He was happy to change to it (Angel Baby). Last night I gave him the dreamfeed (something I wasn't looking forward to) and it worked wonders. He didn't sleep right through, he woke for a full feed at 4am. It was great!!! I am so looking forward to my sleep tonight.
