He usually goes down around 5 but sleeps to long. Can I wake him, then bathe him and then feed before bed?

Yes. Go ahead and wake him. Bathe him then feed. Just make sure you do some sort of activity (read a book, sing a song) so that you are not feeding him to sleep.
