awake for how long??

Hi girls

I have a 6 months old boy, and i'm a bit lost with our rotine now....he seems to want to stay awake for too long, but then gtes over tired and cries for 15 20 minutes before going to sleep.
He used to stay awake for no longer than 2 hours....now he stays for 3 4 hours, is that ok for his age?
He's been on easy since around 6 7 weeks, and it's not been perfect, but I'm managing ok. but now he started teething and evrything is out of place...sometimes, especially at night, if I don't feed him he simply won't go to sleep....

Can anyone help?

At 6months an awake time of 2-3hrs is the normal i think 4 hours is too long at this age. Could you post your routine so i can help you out a bit more.
