Yoghurt but not milk allergy?
« on: June 27, 2006, 19:36:34 pm »
Just wondering if anyone had experience with this. My daughter is 7.5 months old and the last 3 times 've given her yoghurt (about a week apart) she's been fine at the time but sick immediately after the next bottle feed (whole bottle  :-\). She'd had the same yoghurts plenty of times before that but was mostly breastfed. She seems ok with milk in general (formula/cheese sauce with cow's milk/bread etc) but is there anything else I should avoi?. Incidentally they were Yeo Valley fruit tumble yoghurts & Little Rachel's organic yoghurts (latter have no additives so I know its not that). Thanks for any comments.

I'm not familiar with the brands you mention, so I don't know if this applies, but are they plain yogurts? Even some "plain" ones have a little bit of other stuff, like pectin.

Maybe try adding a TINY little bit of plain yogurt to her bottle? See if that does it too?
