Is smoked turkey good or bad??

Does anyone know the nutritional value of smoked turkey from the deli? I'm trying to get my 21mo to eat meat other than mince and bacon. She won't touch chicken or ham. Recently she tasted some of my smoked turkey and then wolfed down loads of it! She won't eat plain turkey though
. I'm keen for her to eat more meat for the protein content but I remember hearing somewhere that smoked meats aren't good for children.
Any thoughts??

Hiya
Unfortunately, I don't know the answer to this
But, I can tell you that Ciara loves smoked turkey and ham and we allow her to eat it.
Hopefully someone else will give you a better answer!
