i like to know what going on with my this order.
i order 2 month ago and i didn't receive this Haberman Feeder that i order.
i am very upset because i paid on this.
i sent to you there a lot of message and i never receive answer!!!!
fron International like that i accept to get literary attention.
what is your phone number please????
i demand to get answer please of my order situation????

I know what you mean... I'm still waiting for my order that I've placed in May  :o and it's been paid for too. and can't get any answers as well...

you know, as a long time BW member, I'm disappointed to STILL see these posts somewhat often.  I've been a member here for over 3 years, and see these posts all the time. Is there NOTHING that can be done to prevent this from happening so often?  I understand that mistakes happen, but for people to not get any answers and have to being to post on the message board, which can't actually help, is pretty bad.  Seems like either something would have been done by now, or maybe the store section should close down till things can get straightened out.

Anyways, I'm sorry, mamas, that you haven't gotten your orders.  Hopefully someone will see this that can do something for you :)
