5 month old waking @11pm & 4am EVERY night!

Hi,
So my DD wakes at 11pm & 4am every night. I noted how much she has during the day and it doesn't seem to matter. She still wakes up no matter how much food I get in her. Her shedule is:

7am wake - hopefully - sometimes a little earlier
8am solids (she won't take a bottle in the morning)
9:30am - bottle
nap
11:30am - solids
cat nap
2:00pm - bottle
nap
5:00pm - bottle
6:00pm - solids
7:30pm - bottle
bed

I don't use a pacifier (had/has medical issues that prevent me from using one - a lip deformity).
I tried not feeding her and just soothing her but she cried harder.
I tried letting her cry it out but when i went after 10 minutes to console her she was inconsoloable and vomited and then proclared it playtime.
I tried limiting the food but she still woke/ate.

I want to try watering down the food but not sure.

She can put her self to sleep. I put her down awake in her crib all the time. Although some times she falls asleep on her bottle - especially when her naps are only 45 min each during the day.

Can you let me know what I can do to get rid of the 4am feeding at least?

Do you feed her at 11 & 4? Do you give her a dreamfeed?

Well, I dreamfeed at 11pm or she wakes for it. I'll head to sleep usually around 9pm and if I'm up at 11pm i'll feed her if not, she wakes me at 11pm to feed her

well if lo is ff then keep watering down the feeds...if you have any other questions feel free to ask

if lo is not taking that first morning feed than i would think that she is not hungry b/c of the 4am feeding. have you tried giving her say half a feeding to see if that will 'get her by' til the am feeding? don't know if this will work for ff but i know it does work for bf...

Is she actually hungry at the 4am mark?- how much does she take? Is she waking from hunger or habit I guess is the question?
